Assistant/Associate Professor in Educational Leadership and Management

£36261 to £61618 per annum (pro-rata if applicable) depending on skills and experience (minimum 51,630 at Associate Professor Level). Salary progression beyond this scale is subject to performance.

Assistant or Associate Professor in Educational Leadership and Management

Applications are invited for the above role based at the University's Jubilee Campus.

This post will support the School’s work in the area of Educational Leadership and Management. The role holder will make a significant contribution to the School’s Centre for Research in Educational Leadership and Management, actively seeking out external research funding and publishing work. They will contribute to all aspects of the Masters in Educational Leadership and undertake work in other areas in the school, such as research student supervision.

Assistant Professor level - candidates should hold a PhD in a relevant area (completed or near to completion). They should also have a proven track record of teaching in the area of educational leadership and experience of working on successful research projects.

Associate Professor level - candidates should hold a PhD. They should also have experience of developing and leading research bids and projects and a significant record of publications and of contributing to knowledge in the field.
